Terms of Use

Last updated on publication. Red Flag Radar is a product of Redfleet.

1. What this service is

Red Flag Radar publishes factual reports derived from public records filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and other public sources. Each report describes what a public filing records — for example, that an assignment was recorded as a security interest. Reports are descriptive statements about documents, not conclusions about any company, patent, or security.

2. Not investment or legal advice

Nothing here is investment, legal, tax, or professional advice, a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, or an allegation of wrongdoing. Do your own research and consult qualified professionals. Signals describe the severity of a disclosed filing event, not a judgment about any entity or its securities.

3. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Source data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors from the underlying public records. We do not warrant accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Acceptable use

Access the API with your own key and within the published rate limits. Do not attempt to circumvent authentication, tiering, or rate limiting; do not resell or redistribute the data except under a plan that expressly permits it. Automated bulk access outside your plan may be throttled or suspended.

5. Accounts, billing, and changes

Paid plans are billed through our payment processor; you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time. We may change features, pricing, or these terms; material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redfleet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the service.

7. Independence

Red Flag Radar is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, the SEC, or any government agency.
