A free reference of establishment-level workplace-safety enforcement from the US DOL's Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The high-severity markers surfaced are willful (the employer knew and ignored) and repeat violations. Ordinary inspections and serious/other violations are not surfaced. A citation is a contestable public record — "cited", never "guilty".
