Red Flag Radar (secradar.redfleet.fr) is published by RedFleet, a French société par actions simplifiée à associé unique (SASU) with share capital of 1 000 €.
Red Flag Radar surfaces accounting, audit and governance red flags disclosed in public SEC EDGAR filings, and computes point-in-time, evidence-backed forensic features from those filings. Each red flag and feature links to the underlying SEC filing.
Red Flag Radar publishes factual reports of public SEC filings and computed signal-severity indicators. Its outputs are not:
The severity attached to a signal describes the disclosed filing signal, not a judgment on the company or its securities. Detection is heuristic and may include false positives, so always refer to the linked SEC source. You are solely responsible for any decision you make.
Source filings are public records published by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission via EDGAR (public domain). "EDGAR" and "SEC" are used descriptively only. Red Flag Radar is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the SEC.
Paid access uses personal API keys, shown once at checkout. You must keep your key confidential. Keys are personal to the subscriber and must not be shared or resold. Usage must stay within the limits of your tier (ticker quotas, reasonable request volume). Redistribution of data is not permitted except under an Enterprise agreement.
You agree not to exceed published rate limits or overload the service, circumvent tier limits or authentication, scrape beyond your entitlement, or use the service to make or imply allegations of wrongdoing against any company or person.
Paid plans are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe. Prices and tiers are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time: cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current paid period. Except where required by law, payments for the current period are non-refundable and no pro-rata refund is made.
For consumers in the EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once access to the digital service has begun, where you expressly requested immediate access and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right (Art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code).
The service is provided "as is", on a best-effort basis, without warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness or uninterrupted availability. Detection is point-in-time and heuristic.
To the extent permitted by law, RedFleet is not liable for any decision made on the basis of the content, nor for indirect or consequential damages. Aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Underlying SEC filings are public domain. The computed features, scoring, datasets, site and the "Red Flag Radar" brand are the property of RedFleet.
