2. Data we collect

• Email address, when you subscribe to the newsletter or to a paid plan.
• API key (stored hashed) and tier or quota metadata.
• Payment data, processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers; we retain billing metadata (customer id, subscription id, invoices).
• Analytics: aggregate, privacy-friendly usage statistics (GoatCounter, no advertising cookies).
• Technical logs: IP address and request metadata, for security, rate-limiting and abuse prevention.

We do not collect special-category (sensitive) data. The product analyses public SEC filings, not personal data about you.

3. Processors and international transfers

• Stripe: payments (EU and US; transfers framed by EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
• beehiiv: newsletter delivery (US; SCCs).
• GoatCounter: privacy-friendly analytics (EU).
• Hostinger: hosting (EU, Lithuania).

4. Purposes and legal basis

• Provide the API and account: performance of the contract.
• Billing and invoicing: contract and legal obligation.
• Newsletter: your consent (withdraw any time via the unsubscribe link).
• Analytics, security and anti-abuse: our legitimate interest.

5. Retention

• Account and API-key data: for the life of the subscription.
• Invoices and accounting records: retained as required by French law (10 years).
• Newsletter email: until you unsubscribe.
• Technical logs: a limited period, then deleted or anonymised.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction. To exercise them, email contact@redfleet.fr.

7. Cookies

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe Checkout may set cookies strictly necessary for payment. Analytics (GoatCounter) is cookieless.
